FAQs
Does EZStation utilize a computer's GPU?
Yes. EZStation can utilize a computer's on board graphics or a dedicated nVidia GPU or Intel intergrated GPU.
Can I use EZCloud on the EZStation?
Yes. Under the Device Management menu select "Cloud Devices" on the left and then log into your cloud account.
Can custom views be set up?
Yes. Users can set up any view in any style that they want including changing channel slot sizes and more.
Troubleshooting
I forgot my EZStation password. How do I reset the password to get back in?
If the password to the EZStation software is forgotten navigate to C:/Users/ > Public > Delete the EZStation 3.0 Folder. Reopen EZStation to create a new password.
I am getting a "Not enough memory error" how can I fix this?
This error occurs when the software is running on a computer that does not meet the required software specs or when the computer has the 32-Bit version of the EZStation installed but should have the 64-Bit version.
