Scene reflectance can cause a number of color issues ranging from rainbow colored accents to colors being displayed differently (hue, tone, etc.) Please refer to the Video steam is discolored (blue, green or red hue) article for more information on color settings.
Many times reflectance can be resolved by adjusting the camera position. This issue can occur on both analog and network IP cameras, however it is vastly more common on analog. If using an analog camera, check the cabling and BNC connectors as a faulty connection can also sometimes cause color related issues.
