The account has been locked

On a video recorder, after multiple unsuccessful log-in attempts, the account will be locked.  Please restart the device and enter in the correct log-in information. If the log-in information doesn't work or the log-in information cannot be remembered, please contact technical support.

If the account has been locked on a network camera, try resetting the camera to factory defaults.  If there is trouble locating the factory reset button, please contact technical support.
