Occasionally a fixed lens network IP camera is shipped out of focus. To correct this issue, dismantle the camera and locate the small screw just under the lens. Loosen the screw and twist the lens until it is focused. The lens will take a bit of torque to adjust; DH Vision does not advise using a tool like a wrench since this may damage the camera. If the installer feels uncomfortable applying force to the lens, please call technical support.
