Cloud updating errors

When doing a cloud update if the recorder is giving the error “Could not connect or other problem has occurred” this is because the recorder has not been added to a cloud account yet. The recorder will have to be added to an account in order to do cloud firmware updates to the recorder or to the cameras. Please follow our tutorial on how to add the recorder to a cloud account.
