Certain channels are blank on video recorder’s 16 channel view
Recent build versions of the 6.16 firmware only allow for the extra stream to be viewable on 16 channel view. Make sure that extra stream is enabled on all channels that are not viewable on any configuration higher than 9 channel view. This feature was implemented to save bandwidth when a high number of cameras are being viewed simultaneously.
