Streams on the Web Service (browser) appear staggered

One of the most common causes for a staggered or lagging stream while viewing remotely, is low network upload speed (bandwidth).  If upgrading the existing internet service is out of the question, try viewing the extra stream rather than the main stream or log-in the Web Service with the WAN option selected rather than LAN (this will automatically view extra streams). Also lowering the bitrate for the extra steam may improve a slow feed.

Staggered or lagged streams while viewing locally could be caused by overloading the LAN (Local Area Network) with multiple devices, usually network cameras.  Most of DH Vision's video recorders have a 10/100/1000M (gigabit) uplink port (RJ-45 Ethernet), however the cameras do not.  For this reason, it is always suggested to use a video recorder along with gigabit networking devices (switches and routers) to help stabilize the network.
