Playback time different than the one selected in Search

If during playback, the time selected is incorrect (jumps to a different time) there is a good chance the IP camera and NVR are not synced to the same time/date. The best way to sync the time is to use the Config Tool located on the Software page to access the devices and sync the time to the PC running the tool.
