There are a couple reasons a user may receive this error.
- Run the browser as administrator by right clicking on the browsers short cut (remember devices only load in IE)
- Disable the computers anti-virus software and reinstall the plugin this will insure that none of the plugins component’s get blocked when installing.
- Make sure that the cameras bit stream is not set to high. For example if a camera is set to 8 mbps the camera can only stream up to 8 times total over all devices but if it is set to 2 mbps it can be streamed up to 16 times over all devices. (This may also give you the error “Have reached the upper stream limit”)
